Experience request is received we will contact you by phone to confirm all
details of your booking. You will
need your voucher reference number to hand (where applicable) at the time of
confirming your booking. We advise
all visitors to Nirvana Spa pre-book their preferred treatments as we can not
guarantee availability on the day of your visit.

This service is open
daily between 10am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 6pm weekends and bank
holidays

Requests
received after 8pm will be dealt with the next working day.

we have availability for a members booking request, we will confirm by email
your booking (at this point your booking will be subject to all our
booking/cancellation rules).

All
member bookings will receive a confirmation reference number by email
