HOW TO BOOK

All of the treatments listed may be booked to supplement your Spa Experience. Please select the treatments of your choice and book when making your Spa Experience reservation.

All treatments are subject to availability, treatment times will be confirmed on arrival for your Spa Experience. Treatment Reservations/Future Bookings department is open from 9.00am – 9.00pm daily and 9.00am – 6.00pm Bank Holidays.  Call 0118 989 7575 for all enquiries

RESTRICTIONS

Please note the minimum age at Nirvana Spa for all guests and Spa Experience visitors is 16 years

We only accept a maximum group size of six people on all Spa Experiences, so as to maintain the quiet tranquil atmosphere throughout the Spa

For non members monetary vouchers can only be used in conjunction with Spa Experiences

METHODS OF PAYMENT

All treatments are payable before your appointment. Full payment is required with booking – we accept all major credit cards with the exception of AMEX. If you have Nirvana Spa vouchers you will be required to bring them on the day of your visit.

CANCELLED & RESCHEDULED BOOKINGS

All cancellations or rescheduled bookings with more than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 10% (minimum £10) cancellation fee. If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule is given you will be charged 50% of the fee.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS

If you have any medical requirements that we should take into account, such as Heart conditions, High/Low Blood Pressure, Circulatory Disorders, Skin conditions, Epilepsy, Diabetes, Allergies or you are pregnant, you should seek the advice of your Doctor. Please see the Treatment Guidelines Key demonstrating those treatments which require pre-assessment. We will not perform treatments on any client in their first 12 weeks of pregnancy. If you do not let us know of any medical or special requirements prior to your visit we cannot guarantee that we can fully accommodate you on your visit. If you have any concerns please consult your Doctor. If any treatment is found unsuitable we will recommend an alternative where possible, subject to availability.

WHAT TO WEAR

Please change into your robe and dry swimwear and check in at treatment reception 5-10 minutes before your appointment.

It is important to advise us of any medical conditions prior to your visit as these may affect both your choice of treatments and the facilities you are able to use.

·          Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee your requested booking times.

·          Appointment times may change and will be confirmed to you during your induction.

·          If an appointment is missed we cannot offer a replacement time or refund.

·          Treatments are subject to availability and are rarely available on the day. Please pre book.

·          Swimwear and Poolside footwear are compulsory and can be purchased on arrival if necessary (Limited range available). We recommend that you bring two items of swimwear, one to keep for any treatments you may have, and one for use in the pools.

·          We cannot take any responsibility for personal belongings left around the facilities, please use the lockers provided and we recommend that you do not bring items of significant value to the Spa.

·          A surcharge will apply for any late departures.

Spa Etiquette - We would kindly ask you to observe and adhere to the following club rules:

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the spa. You are required to dress and return to your vehicle if you wish to smoke.

Mobile Phones: To maintain peace & tranquillity, use of mobile phones is prohibited in all areas of the club. A public telephone is available for use at our East Entrance.

Alcohol: The Spa Café, Garden Café, and Lounge areas are the only licensed areas within Nirvana Spa. Alcohol must not be taken into any pool area, and all persons are prohibited from using the pool areas whilst under the influence of alcohol.

Pool Use: You must shower before using any pool in order to remove perfumes and makeup.

Courtesy: Please be courteous to all other spa users when using the facilities. The management reserve the right to refuse entry to or eject from the spa any user whose conduct is detrimental to any other user's quiet enjoyment.
