Please note that all Spa Experience Vouchers purchased through the online shop are open dated vouchers valid for 12 months.

Vouchers purchased in response to special offers may have certain restrictions, please refer to the specific voucher for more information. All bookings are subject to availability, vouchers can not be refunded. All online shop orders received after midday will be processed the next working day. Please allow 2 workings days to process your order. Next day delivery applies only to orders made before midday Monday Thursday. We only accept a maximum group size of six people on all Spa Experiences, so as to maintain the quiet tranquil atmosphere throughout the Spa.
