Please note that all Day Spa Experience Vouchers purchased through the online shop are open dated vouchers valid for 12 months.  Please note that vouchers purchased in response to special offers may have certain restrictions, please refer to the specific voucher for more information.  All bookings are subject to availability, vouchers can not be refunded.  All online shop orders received after midday will be processed the next working day.  Next day delivery applies only to orders made before midday Monday – Thursday.

In our experience some vouchers that are being sold using third party auction sites have been purchased fraudulently.  Nirvana Spa & Leisure Ltd reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any vouchers not purchased directly.
