Also this week I went to Nirvana Spa in Sindlesham for the first time…it was incredible! I have never felt so pampered and relaxed. However it was one of those moments where I knew I stood out like a sore thumb. Everyone there is a member or on a treat day and thus are pre-prepared with suitable attire – i.e. gown and slippers etc. Being new to the spa and not knowing the protocol I was caught out in just my towel. I felt like everyone must be looking at me thinking…’ah, another new recruit’.

Then I moved on to the ‘hydrotherapy pool’…never been in one of these before. The bubbles shoot out at you from all directions, and let’s just say, you need to make sure you position yourself right otherwise the bubbles shoot into places they shouldn’t! Never the less…very much looking forward to my next time up there... but next time I’ll come prepared!
