A New Home!.

Now that we have re-housed the rowing machines in the cardio theatre it would be good to get your feedback. Will you be making more use of them? Do you prefer their new location? Are they now an integral part of your workout?

 

If you’re unsure of how to use the erg’s or what type of training you should be doing then please do book in for a gym appointment and one of the team will happily advise you.

 

As a part – time rower myself it has been great to see the level of investment in the new machines and they have certainly helped me in my own training. I will be rowing from Leander club in Henley to Oakley court in Windsor on Saturday, a distance of 28km, so the new erg’s turned up just in time!!
