I wish to buy a voucher for someone else?

Spa Experiences at Nirvana Spa are the perfect gift for every occasion. If you are not sure which one to buy, we suggest you purchase our Floatation Experience Day voucher from £119. Remember you can always buy monetary vouchers for members and Spa Experience visitors if you are not sure what to get them or so they can add to their experience.

What's included on the day?

All our Spa Experiences are fully inclusive of: Access to all facilities, a light lunch or supper from our salad bar, selected soft drinks and a floatation treatment in our unique Dead Sea Floatation Pools (excluding Relax Experiences). All guests will also be given towels and a robe to use on the day. Please bring suitable poolside footwear with you. Alternatively poolside shoes can be purchased on arrival at Nirvana Spa. You will also need a £1 coin for the locker which is returned at the end of the day. Additional treatments can be booked and paid for at the time of booking.

Restrictions

Please note the minimum age at Nirvana Spa for all guests and Spa Experience visitors is 16 years We only accept a maximum group size of six people on all Spa Experiences, so as to maintain the quiet tranquil atmosphere throughout the Spa Please note that for non members vouchers can only be used in conjunction with a Day or Evening Spa Experience

Medical Guidelines

  • If you are currently undergoing any long term medical treatment or on-going medical surveillance, taking any form of medication or you have a condition that is not controlled, then please seek advice from your specialist and select only treatments from our approved list.
  • If you suffer from allergies, have ever reacted to products or fragrance or have eczema, we may need to adapt the treatment accordingly.
  • If you suffer from any skin conditions then we may have to change your treatment or work around the area concerned.
  • If you are pregnant and in the first trimester then please select only treatments from our approved list.  After the first trimester you may choose from all treatments apart from those identified by our Treatment Guidelines key
  • If you have undergone surgery in the last 12 weeks then please select a treatment that will not affect the area concerned.
  • If you have reduced physical mobility then please inform us so we can help select the appropriate experience for you.

When can Spa Experience vouchers be used?

All Nirvana Spa Experience vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unless stated otherwise. Please refer to your voucher for specific details. All Day Spa Experiences are from 8.30 am – 5pm Evening Spa Experiences Monday to Thursday 5.30 pm – 10.15 pm, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays 5.30 pm – 10.45 pm We only accept a maximum group size of six people on all Spa Experiences, so as to maintain the quiet tranquil atmosphere throughout the Spa

Book additional Treatments

All treatments need to be booked and paid for in advance, please contact our Spa Experience Team to book additional treatments. Please note that we will advise you on the day of your visit if there are any additional treatments available.

What should I bring with me?

We recommend that you bring two items of swimwear, one to keep for any  treatments and one to use in the pools. You will also need poolside footwear such as slippers or flip flops, a £1 coin for your locker and any shampoos or conditioners you are wishing to use. If you are wishing to use the gym, please bring any fitness clothing you require

Where do I go when I arrive?

Day and evening spa experience visitors can check in at the West Reception, where the reception team will be waiting to welcome you.

What are the times of check in and out?

Day spa experience visitors can check in from 08:30am and we will be ready for you to check out by 5:00pm.
Evening spa experience visitors can check in from 5.30pm and we will be ready for you to check out by 10.15pm Monday to Thursday and 10.45pm Friday to Sunday

What time are meals and refreshments served?

Day spa experience visitors - A light meal will be served from our salad bar in the Garden Café between 11am and 3pm.
Evening spa experience visitors – A light meal will be served from our salad bar in the Garden Café between 6pm and 9.30pm.
Unlimited soft drinks will be available throughout your visit, any additional items will be charged to your account.

What is included in the day/evening spa experience?

Our day/evening floatation packages include: Use of the facilities, a light meal and soft drinks including tea and coffee, robes and towels, and a floatation session in our unique Dead Sea floatation pools. If you would like additional treatments to complement your experience, these will need to be pre-booked and pre-paid, and are subject to availability

Can I book a treatment on the day.

Treatments can sometimes be booked on the day, however they are subject to availability.

Can I pay with Monetary Vouchers?

You can use monetary vouchers to full or part pay for your experience. You will need to bring your vouchers on the day of your visit, otherwise you will need to settle your account by an alternative method of payment.

Can I swap the floatation experience for a treatment?

If you do not wish to float we do not swap the floatation for a treatment, as it is part of the package, however you can book additional treatments, subject to availability. If you have pre-booked a treatment and wish to change it for a different treatment, you need to call in advance to see if we can accommodate that for you.

How do I settle my bill?

You will be provided with a charge card at check-in. Salad bar and all soft drinks are complimentary as they are included in the package. If you wish to purchase additional items such as wine, cake, products, these will be chargeable, and must be settled by cash or card at time of check-out.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

As stated at the time of booking, all cancellation or rescheduled bookings with more than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 10% (minimum £10) cancellation fee. If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule is given you will be charged 50% of the total booking fee.
You can also add another person to your booking, subject to availability.

What facilities are safe to use in pregnancy?

With regards to coming to the spa, there is no reason why you would not be able to visit the spa whilst being pregnant for some much needed relaxation. Nevertheless, during any stage of your pregnancy there are some facilities that we would advise you not to use, these are the heat facilities which include the Jacuzzi  and sauna & steam rooms.
We also do not recommend that you use the hydrotherapy pool due to the strength and noise of the massage jets, however you may sit on the side with your feet in the pool to enjoy a foot and calf massage.
Our unique Floatation treatment is highly recommended and fantastically beneficial for expectant mothers, but only after the first trimester. Pregnant ladies within the first 12 weeks are strongly advised not to have this treatment, due to it being a very sensitive stage of the pregnancy.
