Today’s hectic lifestyle means that we often struggle to find time to relax and yet it is essential to do just this in order to maintain a healthy mind and body.

Improvements to your Countrywide Membership

At Nirvana Spa we are constantly listening to feedback from our members. Many of you have sensibly committed to making relaxation a regular part of your busy lives but find yourself frustrated, if work or family commitments make it difficult for you to visit the Spa as often as ideally you would like. This leads to frustration, as whilst you enjoy having privileged access to our fantastic Spa, there is nothing worse than paying for something that you don’t use.

We have the solution!

In the event that you don’t have the time to enjoy your paid-for visits, we will AWARD your membership account with Spa Points, which you can spend in the future on treatments and a range of other products and services, many of which are exclusive to members. You can buy gifts from our stunning collection of Nirvana Products or skincare range from Clarins for your own regime. This scheme is free and has been automatically applied to your account with immediate effect. This new scheme removes any pressure on your time, as Spa Points will ‘do the work for you’, awarding you points with a shopping value, if you have been too busy to find as much ‘Spa time’ for your visits as you had planned.

How do I get my points awarded?

As an Annual Member, at the end of the membership year your account will be automatically credited with any unused visits to the Spa (subject to renewal of your membership).  On renewal of your annual membership, we will confirm your usage over the previous year and award your points accordingly against any unused visits.  You can then redeem your points on treatments, products and services.

As a Monthly Member, each time your membership direct debit is paid, a points value (linked to the value of your membership payment) will be added to your ‘points account’.  If you use the Spa that month a number of points will be deducted.  If over a period of time you do not manage to visit the Spa, these free Spa Points will accumulate and you would have a positive points balance.  Statements will be sent to you with your copy of Exclusive Magazine, or you can check your account balance on your next visit to the Spa.

What can I use my points for?

Over the period of your membership, in addition to your Spa use, you have enjoyed a number of additional products and services to complement your experience. Over recent months we have invested heavily in extending our services, including the range of treatments, opening times and staffing levels.

Many treatments are available for booking on the day for both you and your guests. Alternatively, for those who enjoy a little pampering at home, why not choose from our stunning Spa@Home range.  Why not save up your points for that treat you deserve. For example a Nirvana Indian Head Massage is only 33 points, alternatively our Nirvana Body Scrub is only 6 points. The choice

is yours, and with over 1,000 products to choose from, there is something for everyone.

Relaxation just got easier for you.

No need to worry if you are too busy to get to the Spa you can now enjoy extra products or services when you visit or take our fantastic range of Spa products or our merchandise home to enjoy there.  Remember, these spa points are free and are an addition to your current membership.

Points are only available to members.  They are not transferable or redeemable if you allow your membership to lapse.   On the date of notification of cancellation of your membership your points balance will no longer be available.

Inclusive, our members email newsletter is emailed directly to you, containing useful information on forthcoming events and special offers.  To subscribe, simply log on to www.nirvanaspa.co.uk and register.  We will then keep you informed on all new activities, together with tips and hints on how to get the most from your points.

How do I spend/redeem my spa points? 

Simply charge all purchases to your Countrywide Membership card every time you use the Spa, and when you check out you can decide which items you wish to redeem your points on.  (Please remember you can only use your spa points to redeem an item in full, providing you have enough Spa Points).

We are pleased to be able to provide you with such a fantastic enhancement to your membership at Nirvana Spa.  If you don’t have time to visit the Spa, then why not use the points that you have been awarded for that special occasion.
