What are Spa Points
Spa Points are quite simply your
chance to enjoy some FREE SHOPPING. .
So don't worry if you are unable to make as many visits to the Spa as you
hoped, simply sit back and let the points grow. Please note this unique benefit is only available with Spa
Club 12 Membership Categories
When
do I receive my points?
Your points will be awarded to you,
either monthly or annually according to how you pay for your membership.
How
can my points be redeemed?
Your points can be redeemed against
over 1,000 products and services at Nirvana Spa. However, to make the most from your points, why not save them
up and treat yourself to a little pampering at the Spa, with a relaxing
treatment of your choice, or choose from our extensive product range for that
spa @ home experience - the choice is yours.
Do
they need to be redeemed by the end of my membership year?
NO. Your points are awarded INSERT
MONTHLY/ANNUAL, and they can be redeemed provided you have enough points to
purchase your selected items. Your points will be awarded throughout
the duration of your membership.
Do I
get more points balance if I pay annually?
NO.
Your points balance is based on your usage, thereafter there is no
difference between annual and monthly memberships, allowing you the
flexibility to relax at your leisure, with no wasted visits. If you are
unable to visit the Spa 12 times in a year, there is no need to worry, these
points can be saved for when you do have the time to fully relax.
Remember
as an annual member your points calculation and award will be made on the
renewal of your membership.
Can I
use my points as part payment?
NO.
Points can only be redeemed to pay for an item in full (providing you
have enough points) at the time of check out
What
happens to my accrued points if I cancel my membership?
Your points will continue to be
awarded throughout your membership and can be redeemed providing your
membership is live. In the unlikely event of cancellation your points
will be forfeited
When
is this scheme going to be available to the other membership options
This unique membership privilege is
currently only available to our Countrywide members
How do
I know how many points I have?
On your next visit to the spa, simply
ask the receptionist for your current points balance, in future you will be
able to check this information online
Can I
save all my points and use them all in one go?
No matter
if you visit once a month or once a year, you can use your points at a time
to suit you. You can always save your points for a rainy day, special
occasion or to treat yourself to day of pure bliss.
